Better Call Wade LLC provides consulting, HVAC maintenance & repairs, interior/exterior painting services, and other private general contractor assistance as agreed upon in individual client agreements. Any services requested through this site are subject to verification and approval.
All project estimates are non-binding unless otherwise specified in writing. Deposits may be required before commencing work. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice or as detailed in the service contract.
For private matters or customized jobs, both parties agree to maintain mutual confidentiality. Better Call Wade LLC will not disclose client identity or job details to third parties without prior authorization, unless required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better Call Wade LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Better Call Wade LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
